Aerotech bonding

Vacuum bonded ceramics

Vacuum bonding is an advanced bonding technology that combines structural adhesives, abrasive resistant ceramics and a controlled heating and vaccum process to attach the ceramic material to a substrate. Vacuum bonded ceramics are suitable for applications that require high rotational speeds, impact and abrasive resistance, such as various types of fans, wear bars, pump housing, cell feeders and screw conveyors.
